How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed by 2pm PST will be shipped the same day. We do our best to ship later orders the same day as well. If it comes in past the 2pm cutoff and we are unable to ship the same day, it will go out the next business day.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
At the end of the business day, UPS will send you an email with the tracking number. You can enter that number on the UPS website to find out when to expect your package. Do you offer faster than ground shipping?
Yes. You can select 3 day, 2 day air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. Are there any products that cannot be shipped faster than ground?
Yes. The QA-6 NCF-Quick accelerator, US-1 Super Solvent, SC-2 Spray 'N' Cure, SC-16 Spray 'N' Cure, and Hot Stuff Pro Kit are ORMD Consumer Commodity products and can only be shipped by ground services (UPS Ground and UPS Standard to Canada). Where do you ship from?
